From May 12 to 16, 2025, the International Symposium on Green Chemistry (ISGC 2025) took place in La Rochelle, France, bringing together leading voices in sustainable chemistry and circular economy innovation. The PlatILPlus project was proudly represented by Prof. João Coutinho, Prof. Helena Passos, Dr. Amir Nobahar, Rita Carvalho, and José Santos, who actively contributed to the scientific program with their work on green extraction techniques, critical raw material recovery, and biobased technologies.

This work was financially supported by national funds through FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, I.P., within the scope of the project PlatILPlus (2022.04478.PTDC, DOI: 10.54499/2022.04478.PTDC). This work was further supported by the projects CICECO-Aveiro Institute of Materials, UIDB/50011/2020 (DOI: 10.54499/UIDB/50011/2020), UIDP/50011/2020 (DOI:10.54499/UIDP/50011/2020) and LA/P/0006/2020 (DOI: 10.54499/LA/P/0006/2020); LSRE-LCM, UIDB/50020/2020 (DOI: 10.54499/UIDB/50020/2020) and UIDP/50020/2020 (DOI: 10.54499/UIDP/50020/2020); and ALiCE, LA/P/0045/2020 (DOI: 10.54499/LA/P/0045/2020) financed by national funds through the FCT/MEC (PIDDAC).
